- This person will be processing accounts payable mail, communicating with vendors, processing a high volume of invoices daily, matching packing slips to invoices, tracking down discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices, weekly check runs, processing monthly auto withdrawals and auto invoices, reviewing vendor statements monthly, credit card expense reports, Washington State sales tax and business & occupation tax monthly, Idaho State sales tax monthly, and quarterly and yearly sales tax reporting.

Purchasing & Inventory Control Specialist – Spokane, WA
This role is responsible for forecasting and purchasing the required materials, products, and services the company needs. This role is also responsible for tracking inventoriable items on the balance sheet to ensure that the inventory is physically counted periodically and that the inventory is safeguarded against loss due to theft or damage. In this role, you will recommend to management ways to improve the company’s purchasing and inventory management systems and processes. This position will require you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to work with other people in and outside of the organization. This position will report to the CFO.
