- Advanced Progressive Shear Blade: Reduces shear jams and maximizes ram pressure for compaction. Made from hardened and ground tool steel, the blade is double-edged and replaceable.
- High-Strength Construction: The baler chassis and ram are made from high-strength plate steel, significantly increasing the strength of welded joints. The floor is reinforced with a replaceable AR400 abrasion-resistant wear plate for ultimate durability.
Enhanced Safety and Serviceability
- Sealed Tight and Serviceable Main Ram: Guided and sealed by long-wearing NylOil wear plates, the main ram is protected from material migration.
- Chassis Service Door: Provides easy access ahead and behind the main ram. The door is electronically interlocked and can be padlocked for secure access by maintenance personnel.
- Keylock Main Cylinder Mount: Removes tension from bolts for easy servicing and maximum durability.
